About us
Hi! I'm Mim Gerhardt, owner and founder of MIRELLE. After many years running the rat race, I departed fromĀ the corporate world to branch out on my own. I've always been incredibly passionateĀ aboutĀ marketing and sales and so I set up a corporate gifting and promotions company.
On my journey, I met some local leather artisans and manufacturers - some of whom donāt have the means to secure ongoing business - so I decided to launch an online store and build my own brand, sourcing handmade genuine leather items directly.
This is in addition to my large volume corporate branded leather item business. I now support these talented craftsmen who work tirelessly to bring you the MIRELLE originals you've all come to love. I firmly believe in keeping things real and I love style with functionality and practicality. When I'm not running around behind the scenes, meeting my customers and offloading leather hides, you'll find me on the road with my other love, being cycling!
